3 YEAR OLD BOY DIES IN A HOT CAR.

Leaving your kids in a car, especially on a hot afternoon, can
really be dangerous, although it could be the only option when you
don't want them in a "kid free" zone. A three year old boy died in
Houston on thursday, when he got himself locked in his parent's car on
a hot afternoon.
Investigation revealed that he got into the car's backseat
through the front door which was unlocked, but couldn't get out
through the backdoor because the safety locks were on. By the time
help came, he had a cardiac arrest and died in a hospital. Family
members of the boy say they found him about 45 minutes after he was
last seen. And by then he was going through a cardiac arrest.
CNN reports that in the last 18 years over 600 kids have died in
cars that were locked up. Cars heat up a lot in very hot weather and
even opening up your windows a little may still not remove the danger.
And kids can easily suffocate because their lungs and cardiac muscles
are not so strong. This kind of death is very common, and has actually
been reported to have tripled this year.

The wife of the Borno State governor Hajia Nana Shettima, donated
food and relief items to about 200 widows and orphans today, to enable
them undergo the Ramadan fast without stress.
In a speech she gave to begin the programme she said that the
gesture was her own contribution "to help the most vulnerable groups
in the society". She also added that she had the support of the

PLANE STRUCK BY LIGHTENING IN FLIGHT.

A Thompson Airways airplane has been forced to make a landing
after it was struck by lightening in flight. The plane was travelling
from Manchester in England to Morocco when it was struck by a
lightening bolt, it made a forced landing at Gatwick airport after
just an hour in flight.
The plane is a Boeing 737-800, and it has a capacity of a about 190
passengers. But there are no reports of any injured or dead in the
plane. The plane resumed its flight at 10pm. It was struck by
lightening at about 6pm. And the passengers have arrived safely in
Agadir-Morocco.
The management of the airways says they would like to apologise
for the inconvenience the events may have caused to the passengers, it
also assured that its was a rare thing caused by adverse weather
conditions.

miss GB, after she was caught getting intimate with a new member Alex
Bowen on the ITV2 reality show.

The former chairman of the Nigerian Union of Journalists Abuja
chapter Mr Chuck Ehirim has been reported dead. He died on thursday
which co-incidentally is his birthday. He was supposed to be 50 years
today.
Mr. Ehirim was the chairman of Abuja chapter between 2012 and
2015. He has a degree in journalism from the university of Nigeria
Nsukka. He graduated in 1992. He also has a masters degree in the same
institution.
He has worked as an editor at Tell magazine and Niche magazine. His
friends and colleagues were shocked when they called the family on
thursday to wish him well on his birthday only to be told he had died.

It is a night club, bar and gay club. It was set up in 2004 by a
woman-Babara Poma. It's located in Orlando a city in the US state of
Florida.

...The Killer-Omar Mateen: This 27 year old man is married, and he is
suspected to be an islamic extremist.

...Regular visitor: Witnesses and close friends of the killer Omar
revealed he is no stranger to the club. He is been coming for a long
time, and his face is not so unfamiliar at the club. A few who knew
also revealed that he was very active on gay dating websites.

...Omar is mentally unstable and has a problem with controlling his
actions. This was reported by his ex-wife. Who revealed that he some
times beat her over nothing.

...ISIS claims: The islamic terrorist group has in a statement claimed
that Omar was working for them. It hasn't been proved by the FBI
anyway. But who wouldn't believe such a report. It stinks of ISIS

...Omar's wife involved: Omar's wife Noor Salman revealed that she was
actually the one who drove the killer to the club, but tried to talk
him of it. She may be part of the plot but she could be charged to for
not telling the authorities before the attack.

...Statistics: A total of 102 persons ranging from age legal teenagers
to full adults came under the killer's fire. 49 people were shot and
killed, while about 53 others were injured. A few who were luck to
escape did because they were closer to the exit.

... Omar's father Mir Seddique is a wealthy politician and an
Afghanistan presidential candidate. He claimed that the attack was not
inspired by his son's religious sentiments. He also wrote on facebook,
that the killing saddened him and that he wished his son was never
born.

...CNN reports that Omar wore a kind of suspicious device during the
shooting. The purpose of the device is yet to be known.

... Pulse night club is a "guns prohibited" zone. According to the
state law, guns are not allowed in places were alcohol is sold and
consumed on the spot. It is yet to be known how Omar sneaked in the
assault rifle he used.

... An armed policeman on night duty at the club, got an injury in the
eye when he was exchanging fire with Omar Mateen. He was only saved by
his helmet.
"One officer got an eye injury when a bullet struck his kevlar
helmet" Said Danny Banks the special agent in charge of the Orlando
investigation bureau"

of an ad has appeared on craiglist threatening another attack on

It read:

The text was accompanied by a terrifying image of a gun shooting a bullet.
The ad was posted in the 'men seeking men' section of the site.
The departmental police in San Diego have been, although the ad has
long been removed. The police chief said:"We are fully aware of the
recent post on craiglist which has since been removed. And were are
collaborating with our law enforcement partners, the latest
information remains that there are no credible threats to San Diego".
On sunday, al 27, Islamic extremist from Afghanistan backgrounds,

BOY SEIZED BY ALLIGATOR REPORTED DEAD.

It's clear and there is no questioning the fact that the two
year old boy who was seize by an alligator at the Disney resort beach
is dead. Florida police has reported.
"At this time, we know we are working on recovering the body of the
child". A spokesman for the Orange County Sherrif's office Mr.
Williamson said.
Earlier, the police had reported that the child was playing near
the edge of the water under adult supervision, when suddenly an
alligator measured to be between 4-7ft seized the child between its
jaws. The both parents of the boy made efforts to rescue him, but the
reptile got away with the boy. And over 24 hours later the police is
now working on making sure the boy's body doesn't go missing forever.

ANGRY PDP YOUTHS CHASE OLADIPO AND ADEYANJU AWAY.

An angry mob comprising of hundreds of PDP youths, stormed the
party's national secretariat in Abuja today. They were armed with
placards and the branches of trees. The youths poured all manner of
insults,abuses and accusations on ousted party chairman Alhaji Ali
Modu Sherrif and his cohorts. Fortunately for the chairman, he wasn't
in his office all through today.
But the mob seriously harassed and even chased away the party's
National Secretary Prof. Adewale Oladipo and the National Auditor
Alhaji Adewole Adeyanju. Both officers were sacked by the party, but
refused to quit, saying that their four year tenure should to be
allowed to run its full course. And they have both joined sherriff who
was also sacked.
But today, they were given a rough time by youths who felt
irritated by "the bunch of old men who couldn't respect themselves
and behave right".
Olaidipo was visibly shaken when the angry surrounded him in a
threatening. He begged them to allow him leave unharmed amidst the
insults poured on him.
"Please, allow me to go. I will not come back
again," the frightened professor pleaded.
As for Adeyanju, he was no were to be seen, it is believed he fled
through the back door and over the fence. He even left his car at the
parking lot.
Both officers of the party got to their positions because their
predecessors were also sacked in like manner,

IMO PENSIONERS PROTEST AGAINST UNPAID ENTITLEMENTS.

The Nigerian union of pensioners in Imo State today, staged a
peaceful protest, in Owerri the state capital against the government
over unpaid entitlements.
The aggrieved pensioners took to the main streets and junctions
of the city bearing placards with different inscriptions on them. They
also blocked a hub located at the Okigwe roundabout which resulted in
a serious traffic lock-up. The chairman of the union for the state
chapter told the press that what they were doing was a tip, as worse
actions will be seen from them if the government does not adress their
issue.
Gideon Ezeji, the state chairman of the union, said that in the
past various futile attempts had been made by the union to negotiate
with the government, and that if the government continues to neglect
them, they will be forced to remain on the streets. All efforts to
calm the group by security personnel proved very unsuccesful, so much
was their anger that if they were youths, most probably the protest
would have resulted to chaos.
Meanwhile, the commissioner in charge of pension matters for the
state, in an adress on the media, pleaded with the pensioneers to have
patience. He added that, their entitlements were ready, but the
government was facing the challenge of compiling the list of
pensioners in the state.
It should also be noted that the state government headed by Rochas
Okorocha is also owing the civil servants, months of salaries.
