THE SUPREME COURT OF CANADA SAYS 'THIS' TYPE OF BESTIALITY IS LEGAL.

A man known as DLW was accused of sexually violating his two
daughters and presumably involving the family dog in bestiality in a
canadian high court. But he countered the charge by stating that what
he did could not be said to be an act of bestiality. After all he only
smeared some type of butter (peanut butter) on the genitals of his
daughters and then made his family dog lick if of.
The Judge in charge of the ruling said that bestiality was not
bestiality if there was no penetration involved. He added that the
Judge was only forced into oral sex. From the ruling it can be deduced
that any form of ' physical' relationship without any form of
penetration whether by the human or the animal was legal.
