As a matter of fact, the only people want a glass of water is when
its hot and they feel dehydrated or when they've just had meal with so
much pepper, or maybe when you visit someone and you don't want to
task the person so you just request for water.
Well its ok to to take water when you feel you need it, but its
best to take water when the body needs it most. And that's in the
morning. I'm talking "about water therapy". Its very simple to
practice, just form the habit of consuming at least a litre of water
every morning you wake up before eating anything. The body is composed
